	Step1
	Complete a Subscription agreement Individual investors *Important:* Please complete all sections of the Subscription Agreement and include your e-mail address/contact information. Failure to include this information may result in delays in opening the account.
	Step 2
	Prepare your anti-money laundering documentation. Individual investors
	Step 3
	Fax your completed Subscription agreement and all required anti-money laundering documentation to: +353 1 612 3067, attention, Transfer Agency.
	Step 4
	Wait for confirmation via e-mail from the Transfer Agent that your account has been established. Please note that your account will not be established until all required documentation is provided. *Important:* The confirmation e-mail will also provide you with your Vanguard Account Number. Your Vanguard Account Number is required to place the initial transaction. Do not wire any money until you receive e-mail notification from the Transfer Agent that your account has been established. Forms for placing subscriptions and redemptions will be attached in the e-mail.
	Step 5
	Fax a completed Purchase form with your investment instructions to: +353 1 612 3067, attention, Transfer Agency, prior to the daily dealing deadline as stated on the wiring and timing instructions. Transfer your completed subscription amount using the wiring and timing instructions. What you need to know about third party payments. *Important:* The full subscription amount must be received on the second business day after the relevant trade (T+2), with the exception of the Prime Liquidity Fund. Subscriptions into the Prime Liquidity Fund must be received by the close of business on trade date (T). The shareholder agrees to be liable for any losses as a result of his or her failure to provide subscription monies as described above. The full terms, conditions and procedures will be specified in the supplement for that fund.
	Step 6
	Mail your completed original Subscription Agreement & all original Anti-Money Laundering documents to: Vanguard Investment c/o JPMorgan Administration Services (Ireland) Limited Attn: Transfer Agency JPMorgan House International Financial Services Centre Dublin1 Ireland *Important:* Failure to send original documentation via post may result in Irish-tax withholding as directed by the Central Bank & Financial Services Authority Of Ireland. No redemption proceeds will be made to investors until the Administrator has received the original subscription agreement and all of the necessary anti-money-laundering checks have been completed. All redemption proceeds will be paid to an account in the name of the investor. No third- party payments are permitted.
